Senior Vice President’s Race and Gender Discrimination Claims Settles on Brink of Trial

Just a few days before the commencement of trial, the firm was able to settle the claims of a Senior Vice President in a large private company who contended that her employer demoted and then fired her because of her race and gender.  The terms of the settlement are confidential.
