Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Quinn served as a Legal Fellow at the National Health Law Program (NHeLP), a public interest law firm that litigates and advocates on a variety of health policy issues, including the Affordable Care Act, Medicaid, and reproductive rights. At NHeLP, Ms. Quinn focused on issues of reproductive health rights and enforcing anti-discrimination laws in the health care context. Before joining NHeLP, Ms. Quinn served as a law clerk to the Honorable Alan Kay of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. As a law clerk, Ms. Quinn handled a wide range of federal civil and criminal matters, including cases involving employment discrimination, the Fair Labor Standards Act, the Federal Tort Claims Act, and ERISA.
Ms. Quinn graduated with honors from the University of Texas School of Law. While in law school, she served as an articles editor of the Texas Journal of Women and the Law and a student attorney in both the Civil Rights and Domestic Violence clinics. Ms. Quinn received her undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame, where she graduated magna cum laude. She also has an M.A. from the University of Texas at Austin. She is admitted to practice in Illinois and the District of Columbia.
